Kostenpflichtige Postino-Abonnements werden über unseren Zahlungsdienstleister Paddle als Merchant of Record verkauft. Paddle ist damit dein Vertragspartner für den Kauf und wickelt das gesetzliche Widerrufsrecht sowie Erstattungen ab.

Als Verbraucher im EU-/EWR-Raum hast du das gesetzliche 14-tägige Widerrufsrecht für digitale Inhalte. Es richtet sich nach der Paddle Refund Policy: paddle.com/legal/refund-policy. Den Widerruf bzw. eine Erstattung beantragst du über den Paddle-Käufer-Support (paddle.com/support).

Paid Postino subscriptions are sold via our payment provider Paddle as Merchant of Record. Paddle is therefore your contractual party for the purchase and handles the statutory right of withdrawal and refunds.

As an EU/EEA consumer you have the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content, governed by the Paddle Refund Policy: paddle.com/legal/refund-policy. Submit your withdrawal or refund request via Paddle buyer support (paddle.com/support).
